PJD Mediation, LLC

Improving relationships, one mediation at a time.

Practice Areas Overview

At my office in Golden, PJD Mediation, I serve people who want to resolve their family law issues fairly, but without the uncertainty that comes with having their case heard in court. Our legal system in Colorado can be intimidating, so having the opportunity to take care of a divorce without going to court is not only empowering, it can be a huge relief.

As an experienced mediator and lawyer, I am eager to help people resolve their concerns through the use of alternative dispute resolution options, known as ADR. Being able to talk through issues, including some that may not be relevant in a courtroom setting, is a worthwhile benefit for many families in the Denver metro area. This can lessen the anxiety of what can otherwise be a very stressful process.

I Handle A Variety Of Cases For Families

I am an experienced mediator and family law attorney who handles the following situations:

Many people who go to court in a divorce case may often find that some of their concerns remain unaddressed. A courtroom is not always an appropriate venue for people to talk about an issue they feel is important in their life as it relates to their case. While it may indeed be important, it may not be relevant from a legal standpoint. In mediation, however, if an issue is important to one of the parties, it is a valid topic for discussion.
